Homemade dishes

Our gulet prices are on a Full Board basis and include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast on board will usually be a traditional Cyprus breakfast which is the perfect start to a lazy day in the sun. This usually consists of fresh white bread, butter, jam, honey, halloumi cheese, olives, feta, together with egg, tomato and cucumber. As for the lunch and dinner, the chefs will carefully prepare the menu from the best of Cyprus and Greek cuisine. Lunch is usually a light meal. It includes Cyprus meze type dishes, which are mostly vegetarian, usually accompanied by pasta, rice or chips. The evening meal is the main meal of the day and will be based around fish or meat dishes. There is no problem in catering for vegetarians, although it does help if you can let us know in advance so that the chef can make sure that they have the necessary provisions to cater for you. Other dietary requirements are difficult to cater for due to the lack of facilities and the size of the galley. Therefore, please bear in mind that there is a limit to the number of different dishes which can be prepared.

Three homemade meals a day are served on the stern dining table. As the sun goes down it is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a cocktail with fellow guests, or gather round to relive the highlights of the day. It is also a spacious and comfortable area to relax, chat or read a book.
